SCAPI is a SCIOPTA API allowing message passing in an operating system (e.g. Windows, Linux system…).
SCAPI is mainly used to design distributed systems together with CONNECTOR processes. Scheduling in SCAPI is done by the underlying operating system.

SCAPI provides a set of functions and tools for developers to interact with the SCIOPTA RTOS, enabling them to manage tasks, communication, and system resources efficiently in real-time environments.
